Admission Policy

The Fee once made is not to be transferable / refundable / adjustable in any circumstances whatsoever.
Fee instalments (EMI) should be deposited within the 1st week of every month or he/she has to pay a fine of Rs. 50 per day.
If the Fee is not paid for any two consecutive months, the admission will be cancelled automatically.
Re-admission Fee, of Rs. 500 (Extra), is compulsory to continue the course.
All the EMI's has to be paid in the initial months (as per Payment mode options).
Any problem related to timings, class duration, syllabus or course duration, you can get some adjustments done after getting approval from the Director. The classes can be adjusted but any refunds are not in the provision.
Fee refund will not be permitted in any case. Fees paid for a particular course student cannot be adjusted or transferred in favour of other subject / course.
The Course is valid for the candidate who has been enrolled, it cannot be transferred to any of his relatives or friends.
Fee will not be refunded if the student or parents change residence or transferred.
Admission of student is effective only after payment of full Fee as per Payment Mode Options.

Cheque dishonour will attract a penalty of Rs. 500 and / or legal action.

The Registration FORM is available at Reception counter of Colour Edge. Student’s should furnish the details & Collect the FORM.
Read carefully all the Terms & Conditions of Colour Edge Institution.
The Applicant should FILL & SUBMIT the Application Form (ONLINE & OFFLINE) with all necessary details.
Following necessary documents must be submitted at the Reception counter, once the FORM is submitted (ONLINE / OFFLINE)
- Two Passport sized Photographs.
- Identity Proof (Adhar Card / Passport / Electric Bill, etc.)
- Self attested Mark-sheet of qualifying Exam.
Deposit the Registration Fee + Course Fee at the time of Admission.
I-Card of Colour Edge is mandatory on campus and in any events organized by Colour Edge.
The Student must submit her / his Fee before the due date, otherwise Rs. 50 /- per day will be charged as a late Fee fine.
The Student must not be absent in the class without informing the teacher, otherwise Rs. 100 /- per absence will be charged as an absence fine and classes will not be adjustable. The Student will be Responsible for her / his loss in studies due to her / his absence.
If the Students course is not completed on time for any reason, then the Colour Edge offers a grace period to the Student for completion of Course.

One year program is officially 11 months program though institute gives complete twelve months to finish the syllabus.

If a student takes a break or Off in between the Year, he / she needs to finish the syllabus by taking extra classes on weekend as per the availability. Institute would not be extending the course duration in any circumstances.
In case of any extension due to any unavoidable situation you need to write an application to the Director and get the approval.

Annual Exhibition will be held at the end of the year as per the availability of the Exhibition venue.
The date and venue of the Exhibition will be finalized as per the decision taken by the management.
For participation in Exhibitions, Workshops, Outdoor Visits & Competitions student has to pay a participation fee. It is not included in the Annual Tuition Fee.
Workshops, Outdoor visits and Competitions will be arranged as per the requirement and availability of managerial staff.

After completion of each and every topic, Student needs to give Test, Assignments and Submissions as Monthly Assessments.
Every Diploma student has to submit his Art works for the Annual Assessment in order to complete the process of Diploma.
For Three & Six Months Certificate, student has to give One Submission & for One & Two Year Diploma, student has to give Two submissions. These submissions would be institute's property.

85% Attendance is mandatory for appearing the exam & collecting the Certificate / Diploma.
Certificate / Diploma will be awarded only after payment of Total Course Fee along with submission of the Portfolio & passing of Examination.
After the completion of the Course, the Student must submit an Assignment to get a Certificate / Diploma. Assignments can be submitted in the year before the date given below.

Mobile should be in silent mode and don’t use it in the classroom.
Attend the class punctually during the prescribed timing of batch.
If any material of the Colour Edge is used, keep it at their proper place in the classroom.
Don’t touch any Artwork, displayed in the classroom or at the Colour Edge premises. Keep the Premises & Classroom clean, it’s your responsibility.
After completion of your Artwork / Craftwork, take away with you within a week.
Do not leave any kind of your material in the premises. Colour Edge will not be responsible for the loss.

The stationary is not included in the course fee, the expenses of the stationary has to be borne by the student only.
We don't commit discount on stationary. We keep it only to facilitate you. It is not mandatory to buy it from us you can purchase it from outside also.
